This is bizarre. Was the mushroom really blue, or did the camera eat another mushroom, and then take a picture.
this is an indigo milky, Lactarius indigo, it is naturally that colour. it is actually edible.
Indigo Milky sounds like a Japanese candy: "TASTES OF MOTHER> AND BLUE!"
